EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Under what conditions does the exchange take place?
Except for personalized designs (models with names) and wedding rings that you purchase from our company, all products are exchanged once. If the rings are adjusted, reduced or enlarged according to the finger, no return or exchange is made. If the reason for the exchange is a defect in the product, the shipping costs for the exchanges are our responsibility. If the exchange is to be made for a different reason, the shipping will be your responsibility. In order for an exchange to be made, your shopping must meet the following conditions. You must send the product to us with its invoice within a week from the delivery date. (Products must be sent with contracted Cargo. Transactions for products sent with different cargo companies are deducted when the fee is refunded. If there is no defect in the product caused by our company, the shipping fee belongs to the customer.) The product must not be used. You must send the product with all its accessories. You must fill out the exchange form. Your right to exchange is limited to once. If there is any production error in personalized models, this will be compensated, but returns or exchanges are not accepted.
RETURN CONDITIONS
There is no return for personalized design products purchased from our company. If the reason for the return is an error in the product, the shipping costs for the returns are our responsibility. If the return is to be made for a different reason, the shipping will be your responsibility. How many days is the return period? In general, you can return the products you have purchased without damaging, using and impairing the resalability of the product within seven (7) days from the date of delivery by stating the reason. What are the return conditions? You can find the items that must be complete in the products you send for return below. If any of these are missing, the product return will not be accepted. The product invoice, return form, the box, packaging and standard accessories, if any, of the products to be returned within the 7-day period must be delivered complete and undamaged. Products sent to privateantiqueart.com for return are examined and the return is accepted after it is determined that the product is undamaged, unused and complete. If the product is used, the accessories and auxiliary products included in the scope of delivery and the packaging are missing, the return will not be accepted. After your return is accepted, return payments are made every Friday. The reflection period of the refund amount for refunds made to credit cards to your account is at the discretion of your bank and can take up to 1-3 weeks. For payments made by EFT/Money Order, your refund amount will be paid to the IBAN number you provide on the first Thursday after your refund request is accepted. How will I return it? Before sending the product to us, you must inform us of your refund request by filling out the product return form on this page. Fill out the return form and send the product to us with the contracted cargo. If there is an error caused by the company in the product return transactions, no deduction will be made from the cargo fees (round trip), but if there is no error or defect in the product as the reason for the return (round trip), the cargo fees are made in deductions when the refund is made. The fee for shipments made with other cargo companies belongs to the sender. Cash-on-delivery shipments will not be accepted. If the products sent to our technical service are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amounts will be processed on the day the product reaches us.
